The DA300P takes advantage of both AC and DC welding modes, which allow for extremely precise control of heat, weld penetration, and bead shape. The DA300P adds full digital control to these processes, which in turn allow for a tighter degree of control than ever before.
USER-FRIENDLY INTERFACE
The DA300P is operated via a simple interface that revolves around a single knob that adjusts the voltage and current (wire speed) and visual buttons. A large LED is used to display settings and weld parameters. The buttons can easily be pushed even while wearing welding gloves.
SEMI-AUTOMATIC & ROBOTIC WELDING
The DA300P can be setup for both semi-automatic (manual) use, as well as integrated with our FD, AII and ALMEGA AX Series Arc Welding Robots. (Integrating to a robot requires internal interface card L9123C)
- Improved welding support for thin plate aluminum via High AC Frequency
- New waveform control allows for very stable output current
- Silent Pulse Function reduces arc noise, improving the work environment
- CAN interface with DAIHEN Robots
- 80 kHz Digital Inverter
- Improved instant arc start ratio when compared with conventional machines
- Control the weld current via a torch switch
- Crater Fill Function prevents crater oxidation
- 3 phase primary (200 / 220 Volts)
- 100 job memory for semi-automatic use
- 3 speed “Fan on demand” IGBT switching circuit
