Our safety padlocks feature a hardened steel shackle (Ø6mm, H38mm), perfect for industrial lockout-tagout (LOTO) in conductive areas to prevent accidental operation.

Shackle Types:

• Steel, Nylon, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Micro Small Padlocks
• All padlocks include an auto-pop shackle and key-retaining function for added security.

Lock Body:

• Made from reinforced nylon through one-piece injection molding.
• Withstands temperatures from -20°C to +177°C, is impact and corrosion-resistant, and is non-conductive for electrical safety.
• Available in 10 standard colors (red, yellow, blue, green, black, white, orange, purple, brown, gray), with custom colors available.

Cylinder Options:

• Zinc Alloy Cylinder: 12-14 pins, ensuring over 100,000 unique locks.
• Copper Cylinder: 6 pins, allowing for more than 60,000 unique locks.

Key Retaining:

• The key cannot be removed when the lock is open, preventing loss. The non-conductive, non-sparking body protects against electric shock.

OSHA Compliance:

• Complies with OSHA’s 1 employee = 1 padlock = 1 key standard.
