This oversized 480/600V frame lockout is designed to fit breaker switches up to 2-1/4 inches wide and 7/8 inches thick. It installs in seconds using a convenient thumbscrew mechanism, with no need for a screwdriver.

Made from durable polypropylene and glass-filled, impact-modified nylon, this lockout device effectively isolates and secures circuit breaker switches, protecting employees from electrical accidents during maintenance.

Material and Installation

The lockout body and button are constructed from reinforced nylon PA, providing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent insulation, and temperature tolerance from -50 to +177 Degree C. No installation tools are required—simply use the button buckle design for quick and easy manual setup. The lever-type circuit breaker lock features a finger-turned first wheel for fast installation.
