Lock Aktivator Spray WEICON Activator F LOCTITE 7471
The cure time can be reduced considerably by pre-treatment with WEICONLOCK Activator F. The acticator is recommended for all passive surfaces and is indispensable at low ambient temperatures (less than +10 °C / +50 °F) and for large gaps. On nonmetallic surfaces, WEICONLOCK can only fully cure when the activator is used.
LOCTITE® SF 7471 is a transparent, yellow to amber, acetone-based cure-speed activator that relies on amine and thiazole as the active ingreadients. It’s designed to enhance the curing speed of LOCTITE® anaerobic adhesives and sealants. It’s ideal for use on passive metals or inert surfaces with large bond gaps, and is particularly recommended for cure conditions below 15°C (59°F).
