Lock Aktivator Spray WEICON Activator F LOCTITE 7240
The cure time can be reduced considerably by pre-treatment with WEICONLOCK Activator F. The acticator is recommended for all passive surfaces and is indispensable at low ambient temperatures (less than +10 °C / +50 °F) and for large gaps. On nonmetallic surfaces, WEICONLOCK can only fully cure when the activator is used.
LOCTITE® SF 7240 is a blue-green low-viscosity cure-speed activator that relies on basic copper salt as its active ingredient. It’s designed to enhance the curing speed of LOCTITE® anaerobic adhesives and sealants without significant loss of joint strength. It’s ideal for passive metals or inert surfaces with large bond gaps, and is particularly recommended for cure conditions below 15°C (59°F).
