These safety padlocks feature a reinforced nylon one-piece injection-molded lock shell, offering resistance to extreme temperature variations (-20°C to +177°C), impact resistance, and corrosion resistance. They come in 10 standard colors (red, yellow, blue, green, black, white, orange, purple, brown, gray), designed to meet the classification of safety management.

- Durable Cylinder: The padlock cylinder is made from zinc alloy with 12-14 pins, allowing over 100,000 unique combinations. Copper cylinder options are available with 6 pins, providing more than 60,000 combinations.
- Key Retention Feature: The key cannot be pulled out in the open state, preventing accidental loss.
- Safety Shell: The padlock's non-conductive and non-sparking shell helps protect workers from electric shock.
- OSHA Compliance: Complies with OSHA standards: 1 employee = 1 padlock = 1 key.
